Warren Equipment Company provides employees and their families with free, confidential 24/7 access to SupportLinc, our Employee Assistance Program. SupportLinc offers private help for personal or work issues, including assessments, short‑term counseling, coaching, and referrals. You can use up to six confidential counseling sessions per issue each year, either in person or through secure video or phone. All use of the program is completely confidential, and the company never receives any personal information.

Professional Counseling
Receive up to 6 sessions per presenting issue, per year. At your discretion, these sessions can be delivered in-person or via Distance Counseling (secure video or telephonic).
Textcoach® Mobile Messaging
Access "text-directed" coaching to reach your goals. This secure, technology-based platform allows you to confidentially exchange text messages, voice notes, and resources with a licensed EAP provider.
Legal Consultations
Get one free 30-minute consultation per legal issue with a local attorney. If you decide to retain the attorney, you are eligible for a 25% discount on their standard hourly rates. Please note: Legal consultations cannot be used for matters involving Warren Equipment Company or employment-related issues.
Financial Expertise
Speak with a financial counselor regarding debt, budgeting, or estate planning. Brief consultations are available any weekday, or you can schedule an appointment for up to one hour.
Mental Health Navigator
Take the guesswork out of finding help. This web and mobile tool guides you through a brief assessment to provide a personalized set of resources and a custom care plan tailored to your needs.
Identity Theft Recovery
If you suspect your identity has been stolen, connect with a specialist for a free consultation. They provide a comprehensive "Emergency Response Kit" and guidance to help restore your credit and security.

2. How much does this service cost?
There is no cost to you. Warren Equipment Company provides the SupportLinc EAP as a fully funded benefit to support your well-being.
3. Is my use of SupportLinc confidential?
Yes, 100%. Your privacy is strictly protected by federal and state laws. SupportLinc does not share any individual names or identifying information with Warren Equipment Company. No one at work will ever know you have used the program unless you choose to tell them.
4. How many counseling sessions are included?
You are eligible for up to 6 confidential sessions per separate issue brought to the program. Each unique concern—such as grief, relationship issues, or stress—is eligible for its own set of sessions. If your situation requires long-term support beyond the scope of the EAP, your counselor will help transition your care by providing referrals to specialists within your medical insurance network.
5. Can I choose between in-person and video counseling?
Absolutely. SupportLinc offers a national network of licensed clinicians. When you call or log in, you can specify your preference for traditional in-person office visits or secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions.
6. What if I need help after business hours?
SupportLinc provides telephonic access to the program 24 hours per day, 365 days a year. This includes “in-the-moment” support and immediate crisis counseling whenever you need it.
